Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from Auto Manage Spare (the “Store”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

2. Products & pricing

We make every effort to display products and prices accurately. Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable fees; shipping and VAT are calculated at checkout. We may update prices at any time without notice. Prices at the time your order is confirmed are final.

3. Orders & payment

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Payment is collected securely through PayFast at checkout; we do not collect or store your card or bank details. Your order is confirmed once payment is received. We may decline or cancel orders where stock, pricing or fraud indicators require, in which case any payment taken will be refunded.

4. Shipping & delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Risk and title pass to you upon delivery. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are your responsibility. See the Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns & warranty

Unfitted products may be returned within 14 days of delivery per our Return Policy. Warranty terms, where applicable, are confirmed per order — see the Return Policy for details.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Store — text, images, logos, specifications and software — is owned by or licensed to Auto Manage Spare and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Manage Spare shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Store or products sold, except where caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), South Africa.
