When you browse the store, our servers record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, and our site uses cookies to remember your cart and language preferences.

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store - freight and courier partners, and hosting providers - under contracts that protect your data. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Payments

There is no online payment gateway on the Store. Once you place an order, our team contacts you to confirm the details and arrange payment directly (such as EFT). We do not collect or store your card details through the website.

6. Data retention

We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active and for a further 7 years to satisfy tax and accounting obligations. Contact messages are retained for 24 months.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing sales@automanagespare.co.za. You may also object to processing and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. We respond to all requests within 30 days.

8. Data security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS), passwords are stored as salted hashes, and access to personal data is restricted to staff who need it.

9. International transfers

Your data is processed on secure infrastructure. Where data is transferred outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards in line with applicable law.
