No - there's no online payment at checkout. Once you place your order, our team reviews it and contacts you within one business day to confirm the details and arrange payment directly (such as EFT).
Every order ships in a sealed, insured crate. Domestic orders typically arrive in 2–5 business days; international freight takes 7–21 business days depending on destination. You receive a tracking number the moment your crate leaves our warehouse, and shipping is free on orders over R9,000.
Every engine and gearbox we sell is used stock, checked before it's listed for sale. If you'd like more detail on a specific unit's condition or history before ordering, contact us and we'll answer any questions we can.

All freight is fully insured. If your crate arrives damaged, take photos before opening, note the damage on the delivery receipt, and contact us within 48 hours. We ship a replacement immediately and handle the carrier claim on your behalf.
